Okay, we'll fully admit it. We have no idea who this was plagiarised from, but we know it was plagiarised. How? Look at it. The vector art isn't Filia's style, nor has it ever been. Compare it to any one of her other layouts and you'll notice how different her usual ones are from this one. It shares none of the same major elements, except the font used for her title. On top of that, Filia, who is these days the queen of using brushes anywhere and everywhere she can to save some time and effort, doesn't have the skill, the patience, or even the drive to do that sort of complex vector art. That's the sort of thing you find on the page of a professional designer out for hire. Look at it carefully if you don't believe me. The small text, the clip-art man, the architecture photography in the background...it screams "plagiarised." If you know who this layout really belongs to, please contact me immediately.
