Here is a listing of all of Filia's current domains. Many of these have nothing on them at all, but she hangs onto all her old, defunct domains so that she might sell them to the highest bidder rather than let them go and let someone buy it fairly.
In order to be active, the domain must have content and be welcoming visitors. If the domain is on hiatus, still supposedly being worked on, or has only a layout and no content, it doesn't count as active, rather it counts as being static. Soon enough, these static domains will most likely be retired to the "dead" section.
